Tarot- Medicine
At RAR, the first step to guided clarity and healing is a 3 card tarot reading. We talk about what's going on for you and then ask the tarot cards to invite us into the present, highlight areas of attention, and convey messages from our guides. The cards are interpreted through a blend of knowledge and intuition.

Angelic Reiki- Healing
Angelic Reiki is a powerful form of energy healing. As an Angelic Reiki Master, I channel high frequency energy that heals and clears blockages where it is needed. This healing energy rebalances from within, guided by the medicine of the tarot, and creating receptivity and activation. Angelic Reiki is about reconnecting with divine energy which can be experienced in different ways, from colours to messages to presence and physical sensation.
Music- Grounds and Locks
Music is the last element of RAR, aligning with my skills as a musician and vocalist. The main instrument I utilize is my beautiful double strung, Mini Royal piano. I intuitively find the notes and timings that resonate and builds on the medicine and healing. By playing in this way, the full energetic vibration of the piano finds its voice. I also incorporate vocals and occasionally a wooden glockenspiel and maracas. This is pure music and melodic channel expressed through my music knowing.
